TLMF is a non-profit organization. The continuation of TLMF's programs depends on funding from donations, sponsorship and participants. Funds received from sponsors, participants and donations are used for student scholarships and career advancement programs for Humnan Resources/Manageemnt professionals and Union attendees at TLMF conferences.
