TLMF is a non-profit organization. The continuation of TLMF's programs depends on funding from donations, sponsorship and participants. Funds received from sponsors, participants and donations are used for student scholarships and career advancement programs for Humnan Resources/Manageemnt professionals and Union attendees at TLMF conferences. Scholarships
The objective of the scholarship is to increase and retain the number of new professionals entering the human resources or labor relations field as a career in order to sustain growth and cooperation in the labor-management industry within the State of Tennessee.
